Meet Nicole
Nicole has been practicing law since 2004. She worked for two law firms prior to joining Hunter Carnahan Shoub Byard & Harshman in 2016. She was named partner in 2019 at which point the firm was renamed Harshman & Wannemacher and ultimately Harshman Wannemacher Tipton & Lipperman in 2023.
Nicole primarily practices in the areas of public sector labor and litigation. She predominately represents public safety unions and their members in contract negotiations, grievances, arbitrations, fact-finding, EEO claims, and in matters before the State Employment Relations Board. She also has extensive experience in workers’ compensation and disability claims. Additionally, she represents peace officers involved in critical incidents and use of force cases throughout the state.
