Meet Jaci
Jaci began working at Hunter, Carnahan, Shoub, Byard & Harshman in January 2014, first as a law clerk and then in April 2014 as an associate. She became a partner in Harshman, Wannemacher, Tipton & Lipperman in 2023.
Jaci grew up in rural southeastern Ohio in a home with her mother, her aunt, and her grandmother. Her aunt was an elementary school teacher and active in her Ohio Education Association local. Jaci attended The Ohio State University for undergrad, where she majored in Political Science and Russian. Jaci also attended the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
Jaci provides representation to both private and public sector unions, which includes advocating in grievance proceedings and arbitrations, contract bargaining, and internal union governance matters. While Jaci’s practice has focused on representing police and teachers, she has also represented clients in a range of other professions.
Jaci currently resides in Westerville, Ohio with her husband, two dogs, and cat. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, staying active, cheering for the Blue Jackets, Buckeyes, and Crew, and checking out the amazing food scene around the Columbus area.
